His extensive experience spans manufacturing, contract services, and multi-entity financial management. With a proven track record of improving profitability through financial systems optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency. Mr. Mbesha has successfully supported businesses through periods of growth, acquisition, and transformation, and has led finance functions spanning both Canadian and U.S. operations. Mr. Mbesha is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and holds an MBA in Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
